Planning, Permitting and Building Online Services

Staff is available to complete permits, planning applications, and design reviews online, through email, and by phone/voicemail.

* PLEASE NOTE:  Due to an increased demand for services, please expect longer wait times for responses to emails, voice messages, and building inspections.

Every entity owning or operating facilities in the ROW must obtain a rights-of-way permit from the City prior to conducting any work in the rights-of-way or placing any facilities in the rights-of-way in accordance with King City Municipal Code 10.35.040.

There will be a 3% plus $0.50 per transaction charge associated with all Credit/Debit payment options. There will be a $0.50 per transaction charge for all EFT’s payment options.
