We shall diligently protect the personal rights of all persons while assuring that their dignity is preserved. We will partner with our community to achieve the goal of improving our quality of life by working toward a safer community through addressing personal safety needs and meeting the challenge of crime reduction through prevention and proactive enforcement strategies.
