To Whom It May Concern:
The King City - CITY COUNCIL has APPROVED ORDINANCE 2023-01 (King City Transportation System Plan). The Council held a public hearing on May 17, 2023 and approved an Ordinance that constitutes the City’s final decision on June 14, 2023.
The City Council’s decision may be appealed up to 21 calendar days after the date of this notice to the State of Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals pursuant to ORS 197.805 though ORS 197.860.
The complete case file is available for review through the City Recorder (King City City Hall – 15300 SW 116th Avenue – King City, OR 97224). Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for holidays.
