PLANNING COMMISSION UPCOMING VACANCY
The City Council of the City of King City is currently accepting applications to the Planning Commission. The term of service is from 2019 to 2023. Applicants must be King City residents. The Planning Commission serves to review and advise the City Council on applications for development proposals to assure compliance with the comprehensive plan and development code of the city. Typical applications the Planning Commission reviews are variances, conditional use permits, home occupations, subdivisions, parcel maps, and design reviews. The Planning Commission meets at City Hall on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 9:30 a.m. If you have questions regarding Planning Commission service, please contact City Recorder at 503-639-4082 or by e-mail to rsmith@ci.king-city.or.us. It is anticipated appointments will be made at the November 20, 2019City Council meeting.
