The City Council of the City of King City will hold an Executive Session at 12:30 pm, April 5, 2024, via hybrid (in-person & webinar) at the Council Chambers located at City Hall 15300 SW 116th Ave, King City, Oregon 97224.
Councilors and Staff will attend in person and/or call into the meeting via conference call.
All discussions are confidential, and those present may disclose nothing from the Session. Representatives of the news media are allowed to attend Executive Sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not disclose any information discussed. No Executive Session may be held for the purpose of taking any final action or making any final decision. Executive Sessions are closed to the public.
ORS 192.660 (2) (h) Legal Counsel
This Executive Session is held pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(h) which allows the Council to meet in executive session to discuss the attorney-client privilege.
