Updates on the 2021 Street Improvements

About the project

No Parking Signs:

The No Parking signs have been placed on the following streets:

SCHEDULE "A" SW 116th AVE – 9/17/2021 to 10/25/2021 -or until the signs are taken down.
SCHEDULE "D" MAJESTIC – 9/17/2021 to 10/25/2021 – or until the signs are taken down. This includes the parking spaces.
SCHEDULE "C" MATADOR LN – 9/20/2021 to 10/22/2021 or until the signs are taken down.
There are no signs yet - SCHEDULE "B" BEXLEY LN – 10/4/2021 to 10/6/2021 or until the signs are taken down.

Park your cars in your garages, driveways, or down the street from the project site.

Getting around:

Local traffic will be able to come in and out of the project sites. Please pay close attention to the traffic controller, police officers, and public works personnel.

116th Ave update:

Construction on 116^th to include grinding, paving, striping, and ADA ramps will begin Friday, September 17^th. Most of the parking along 116^th is slated for removal until the City can negotiate the transfer and dedication of land necessary to accommodate additional parking. (See Detail Below)

The City intends to address 116^th parking in a follow-up project.

Work Hours:

Normal Work hours are between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays.
